We will consider your request and get back to you within the processing time and visa type you have applied.

You should not attempt to apply another application while this current application is under process or travel to New Zealand until you receive confirmation from us that the NZeTA has been issued. Duplication application fees are non refundable.

Processing time

Regular NZeTA : ​

• (Allow up to 24 to 72 hours)
• Stay up to 3 Months Per Visit
• 2-Years validity
• Multiple Entries allowed

Express NZeTA : ​

• (Allow up to 12 to 30 hours for processing, but it could take as little as 30 to 90 minutes)
• Stay up to 3 Months Per Visit
• 2-Years validity
• Multiple Entries allowed
