PATH A: Visiting from Australia
You MAY qualify for NZeTA if:

- â You plan to stay in New Zealand for up to 90 days

You MAY qualify for Transit NZeTA if:

- â You are passing through New Zealand to another country
- â You will remain in the Auckland Airport transit area
- â Your transit time is under 24 hours
PATH C: Traveling from China or Another Country to Visit
You CANNOT use NZeTA. You will need a Visitor Visa if:

What is Transit NZeTA?
A Transit NZeTA allows Chinese passport holders to remain in the designated transit area at Auckland International Airport for up to 24 hours while waiting for a connecting flight to another country. You do NOT enter New Zealand as a visitor.
